Low volume during operation, can be used also in the evening at home.
Thanks to the low weight it is portable and suitable for home and hobby use.

You can return any item purchased on AIRGOO within 20 days of the delivery date.

  • The product does not match the description on the store website: to be considered by the company.
  • Wrong product received: The company is willing to replace the new product for the customer.

Products that do not support exchanges or returns：

  • Items that have been modified or repaired prior to replacement or return.
  • Used or disassembled products.
  • Items that are missing important parts or accessories, such as price tags and packaging, or defective items.

How will I get my refund？
Your request will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment account as per your request and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days.
Note: If the return is caused by human reasons,the original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

You are not responsible for the shipping cost in the following cases:

  • The product received damage during shipping
  • Items cannot be delivered due to force majeure
